Lord Jagannath stands in his temple in Puri with his brother Baladev and his sister Subhadra, carved in wood with enormous round eyes and no hands. He is the Lord of the Universe, and he is also the most immediately recognisable form in the whole tradition — which is exactly why he works so well on things people wear.
This is the Lord Jagannath artwork on a soft doll. A soft doll printed on satin or velvet and stuffed, in sizes from a palm-sized 7.9″ up to a 23.6″ cushion. Safe for the children’s room and soft enough for the altar shelf. Made to order. Surface wash only.
